About Richard

I grew up in the English countryside, where nature was on my doorstep, climbing trees and building camps is where I relaxed.

My path into breathwork began in 2019 at a Wim Hof retreat in the Pyrenees. What started as curiosity, went beyond my wildest imagination to a deep exploration of meditation, nervous systems, and altered states of consciousness. Along the way, I experienced both profound expansion and the challenges of integration — including a period of anxiety that reshaped my understanding of safety and pacing.

That lived experience informs everything I offer today.

I’ve trained with Alchemy of Breath, in Havening Techniques® and sound therapy in India, these include trauma-informed approaches to nervous system regulation.

My work is about creating a calm, grounded space where you can explore breath, awareness, and healing — without being pushed beyond what your system is ready for.

We move at the pace of nature.

Warmly,
Richard
